Biographical Profile
Donnie brings with him over 40 years of successful experience in sales, sales management, and sales consulting. His work has been with a wide range of businesses, including start-ups, Fortune 100 companies in both the US and Canada, and small family businesses, as well as multiple privately held companies. He has been successful in sales, sales management, and executive management, and has owned and operated his own sales consulting business since 2002. Donnie continues to work closely with his great friend and Co-founder Mike Weinberg.
Companies Donnie has worked as an employee with Bristol-Myers Squibb, First Data Corporation, Emergency Medical Care, Sterling Direct, and Sense Corp.
As Co-Founder and owner of Sales Force One, Donnie’s portfolio of clients has included Intercon Security – Canada, Bank of America, Royal Canin, Fish Window Cleaning, Cornerstone, Cass Information Systems, Relizon, Sunnen Products, The Flesh Company, Impressions Direct, Warren Douglas, Children’s Hope, Riley Children’s, Phillips Pet, Rogers Machinery, Kaycan, Superior Glove, Hadrian, MGX, Integrity Assessment Group and a host of others.

Donnie is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) in DISC assessments and a Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA) in Values assessments. He is a Licensed Private Pilot, Airplane Single Engine Land, October 25, 1990.
Hobbies include biking (Trek Hybrid), cooking, boating, fishing, spoiling four gorgeous grandchildren (Sammy & Henry, Liam & Linus), and lots of travel (Cancun, Hawaii, Germany, England, Italy, Austria, Israel, Vancouver, Canada, and many other amazing and far-flung destinations).
Family: For the past forty + years, Donnie has been happily married to the love of his life, Jo Ann Williams. Jo Ann is a learning consultant. Donnie has two daughters, Melinda and Courtney.
