Donnie Williams - CEO & President of Sales Force One, LLC 

 

Donnie brings over 30 years of successful experience in sales, sales management and sales consulting. His work has been with start-ups, Fortune 100 companies in both the US and Canada, as well as multiple privately held companies. He has been successful in sales, as a sales manager and in executive management as well as starting and operating a business.
 
A few of the companies Donnie has worked with include Bristol-Myers Squibb, Sterling Direct, Emergency Medical Care, and First Data Corporation.  At Sales Force One he has consulted with many companies including Intercon Security, Bank of America, Royal Canin, First Service, Fish Window Cleaning, Cornerstone, Cass Information Systems, Relizon, Sunnen Products, The Flesh Company, Impressions Direct, Warren Douglas, Children's Hope, Riley Children's, VSM and Sense Corp.

Donnie is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) in DISC assessments, and a Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA) in Values assessments.


John Tubbesing - Principal, Sales Force One, LLC
 

John works with Sales Force One’s major clients in several capacities including sales coaching, management training and team building. He brings over 30 years of successful experience in sales, sales & marketing management, and executive management positions and as a consultant for several years.  John is also president of Trinity Growth, a firm focused on helping for-profit and non-profit organizations achieve sustainable growth.   His work has been with start-ups, as well as Fortune 100 companies and non-profit organizations.  He has been successful in executive management and worked in a consulting role.
 
A few of the companies John has worked with include Ernst & Young LLP, TALX Corporation, MCI, Boeing and The Flesh Company.

Courtney Williams - New Business Development Manager, Sales Force One, LLC
 
Courtney has a BA in Recreation and a Minor in Social Work from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI.  Her background includes management and staff training, leadership administration, activity programming, conducting research proposals, franchise sales and cold calling campaigns.  Courtney's business-like mindset, determination and vibrant sales personality contribute to her success.  Currently she is working on franchise sales and sells various Assessment Tests for Sales Force One.  Courtney is pleased to be a part of this team!
