The Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ):
A self-report measure of Personality
The OPQ gives a summary of the respondent’s relative preferences for different ways of behaving at work. The OPQ reveals the following:
-
The way they see their own behavior rather than how their work behavior might be described by another person.
-
The individual’s preferences for different ways of behaving at work.
Equipped with this information, you will participate in a dynamic session that describes how to interpret the information provided in the assessments.
-
Each individual will utilize the power of these results to better understand themselves and where they are naturally strong.
We will also help them use the information to improve their communications skills and sales effectiveness as they apply the principles not only to themselves, but to others that they work with – particularly prospects and clients.
